Shower the people you love with love

Just came back from a baby shower. All in all, less aggravating than others. I decided to sit with my aunts instead of my cousins, which was an interesting and spot-on decision. My Aunt V. (Hairball's sister) and Aunt E. (married, then divorced, then caretaker to Hairball's oldest brother, who passed from ALS) are my version of charming--sarcastic, judgemental, marginally inappropriate, and receptive to my witty repartee.
